When I resigned from my current employer they matched the pay increase and took away one of the main reasons why I am leaving; but that problem will still be around and not sure if current employer can make the poblem stay away.) The reputation of the new employer is very positive and I would be doing the same thing over there. I have been with my old employer for 13 years and I just don't know if I am struggling with the move because I have been at my old job for a while and don't want to upset them (I'm a people pleaser) but I also don't want to regret not trying something new....
I understand there are there are bigger problems than this. And everyone is telling me go with your gut or our heart. Right now they are split 50/50. And I have done the pros and cons list leaving c0mpensation out of it as that is equal.
Anybody have any idea how else to decide?

Bullying by the means of the “silent treatment “
Last year I taught history for a teacher on maternity leave at a private school. From the beginning, I was undermined in front of students and parents. It was a mob of teachers and staff involved. Here are a few things that occurred:
An internal phone call with heavy breathing ( I traced the call from the front desk)
Yelling and screaming at me in front of students.
Told that I was inadequate, although students, parents and board members said otherwise.
And to circle back to the heading,; the silent treatment. I got cold stares all the time. When my contract was up, the Assistant Head did not even say thank you or even a “ goodbye “, even after I sent an email thanking everyone for the opportunity and well wishes. That said, I got a ton of cards from parents and students thanking me for my help. And few board members commenting that I am a great teacher.
All and all, I am confused and very hurt.

I have been a recruiter for 20 years.
I feel strongly that a large population would benefit from a professionally written resume and a LinkedIn profile overhaul to make them more marketable. It is amazing how much some people charge for these services such as 1,000 - 2,500. Now it should just be a one time investment so maybe that is why they charge so much. I am thinking of charging 500 - 1,000. Have you ever used these type of services, what did you pay and do you feel it was worth it. Thank you for the feedback.

leadership expects me to assist with big decisions but doesn't invite me to important meetings and retreats
I'm in a role that involves strategy and sometimes advising our executives. Our leadership team is all male, and I'm female. They seem to see me as important to the team and value my contributions. However, I'm not invited to participate in meetings where they often make major decisions. I'm usually briefed afterward but not given much context or guidance. As a result, I'm left out of the loop and not operating with the whole story. A few weeks ago, I was given instructions to carry out a project and unfortunately, it failed because I was missing critical information that came out of these meetings. My supervisor described what happened and based on what he said, it sounds like I was thrown under the bus by the very people I trusted to tell me the whole story and assist me with the project. Had I been invited to the previous meetings, I would have taken a different direction.
Moving forward, I'd like to be invited to these meetings and kept in the loop. They expect big decisions from me but don't want me at the decisionmakers' table. Is there a way to improve this situation if they still insist I don't need to attend their meetings? I'm starting to think things will get worse if I don't and I'll just become the one to blame everytime the guys mess up.

I have been in my position for three years as a temp.
Last year I was told that I would be given a perm. Work, but it would just take time. They explained that because there had never been an LPN in this agency, I was assured that would not be a problem. I was told yesterday that it didn't look good when giving me a perm position. I feel used! I do everything the RN does. what can do besides look for another job!?

Monday, my computer access was shut off.
I knew what was happening but still had to wait to be “formally” told my company was restructuring again and I was going to be laid off. I had just gotten hired after being laid off from a 6 year positon at another company.
To make matters worse, I’m in the middle of a fertility cycle, playing catch up on bills from my husband and daughter’s surgery, my dad’s passing and my miscarriage.
I hit the ground running, revamped my resume, and started applying to every HR job where I met at least 50% of the qualifications. So far, nothing but rejections that I don’t meet all the qualifications. I know it’s a touchy market but due to health issues working on site full time isn’t something I can do nor can I relocate as we purchased a home two years ago and my husband works at a local company.
I’ve reached out to my network on LinkedIn but it seems they’ve gone radio silent.
I’m also trying to pivot into a data role within HR.
My husband’s manager got me a referral at a bank but due to an incident where I was retaliated against when I made an HR compliant, I’m deemed ineligible for rehire.
Any advice, suggestions, or companies I should take a closer look at?

I need some advice or guidance. I currently got my registration and completion of training certificates for a pharmacy technician. I am on the second pathway. Meaning I would 500 hours of work experience in order to take the exam to become certified. I applied to many jobs but I don't seem to meet the requirements. So, I'm not sure what to do. If anyone or any current pharmacy technician could give me some advice that would be gladly appreciated. Thank you.
