Personally, I’ve been on an unexpected roll of blessings since mid September. Thankful and grateful that I humbled by it all.
Prior to it, I would express verbally for everything good and bad gratefulness no matter how big and small.
Here’s the list to start counting..
1) I’m alive!
2) I’m healthy!
3) I’m content in life no matter the situation.
4) I have food in the fridge.
5) Roof over my head.
6) the tough times that tested me.
7) the good times that I don’t take for granted.
8) loved ones
9) friends
10) Retail therapy
11) Music therapy

We love this. We start every day and end every night with three things we're grateful for. This morning was I'm alive! Food in the fridge! Roof over our heads! Have a great Thanksgiving.

Jennifer, thank you for sharing this list. Everything on it is beautiful. Number 3 -- "I am content in life no matter the situation" really jumps out at me.
It's a reminder that we are in control of our thoughts and how we choose to react no matter the situation. Bravo for including that to your list!

Very difficult one. Choosing to be content amid the uncontrollable at large.

I love this! I did 100 days of Thanksgiving one year with the 100th day ending on Thanksgiving. Reminded me there are so many things to be grateful for but we take advantage of. Thanks for sharing Jennifer!

Wow! I love this post. The positivity is contagious and I need some positivity as we prepare to say goodbye to 2020 and ring in a new year very soon! With all the negativity in 2020 it's easy to get distracted and to forget about the good things in life. Thank you for this post, it made my day!

It's so important and so great to remember how fortunate we are to have the little things in life that we probably take for granted. I've been grateful for time with my husband and being able to go on walks to deal with the stresses presented by COVID and work.

Walking is best. The little ones add up to bigger blessings.
