    You do mean as a new graduate?
    You need to apply and find companies willing to train you simple as that. Also recommend that when posting and applying you use your full name on all communications or else they will know you are not from here. Get some help to write a good resume as well.

    You need to make relationships - that is how people get jobs at all levels.

    At my company, we aren't hiring "freshers" then nearly 50 were hired over last 12 months because their friends, parents, professors or colleagues got them into my company.

    It's not fair, but it's always about who you know. Globally.
