I would like to view more reviews on companies on Fairygodboss, however, per the legal details in my severance agreement, I cannot leave reviews about my company. Can someone working on this platform please email me? I'm scared to even leave a review anonymously on platforms.

You might want to check to see if that severance agreement is legal - some states do not permit a company to silence its employees as long as the employee is stating the truth.

Go ahead and write a review on Glassdoor.com - do not use your title, your role or location.

It will take up to 48 hours for Glassdoor to post your review.

The only way people are going to know the truth about bad companies is if employees share reviews. And, unfortunately, many companies are discriminating heavily against females right now and they know they can get away with it.

If its in the severance agreement I am assuming you signed then I suggest not to do it. Move on and put that behind you. Onward and upward.
