Aww, thank you. I have always been an over doer. I wont say over achiever but an over doer.... I do far more than I should and its not served me well in numerous jobs. I had to teach myself boundaries and to slow my approach to making it look easy... I was hurting myself career wise and team wise by making up the differences where others were slacking. I think its a MOM thing to be honest.
