Hi All! I'm really enjoying the camaraderie here, well, mostly. In reading replies from others to the OPs, others chime into the repliers with harsh comments, such as "why did you tell them that", so it comes across in a negative manner. Let's be mindful that even though a reader may not agree with a reply someone made, be respectful to others. We are here to help each other. Go look in a mirror and repeat what you wrote in the tone you wrote it. How did it make you feel? Now imagine how that makes the OP and other readers feel. Self awareness is key here.

While we will not always agree with others' comments, try to see the situation from their point of view. If we did this more often, the hostility of the recent years would greatly diminish, and we all might learn something from one another. Not too long ago, individuals could disagree on some matters - "agree to disagree" - and still be friends.

Let's try to go back to that. We could all use more positive interactions for our collective mental health!

Sometimes honesty is the best delivery for helpful advice and it's not always easy to hear but I have not seen anything here that reflects a mean spirit or destructive advice or opinions.

The other 1% are typical woman whom I thank God I’ll never work with
