Hi, does anyone know if there are IT networking opportunities or career fairs in LA? I was laid off last November and haven’t been able to land a job since. I have 6 years of experience but it’s really rough out here.

    Do a search for public job fairs. I’m in a medium sized city and the City and Counties hold job fairs at least once a year. If there’s a convention center for example look at their website for job fairs.

    Law firms hire many IT professionals. LA has many, many law firms as well as IT consulting firms.
