Happy Halloween — and hello to a new month!

Happy Halloween — and hello to a new month!

Here’s something funny about fear. We talk about ghosts and monsters today, but the fear that actually slows us down? It is way less spooky and way more familiar.

Fear of the unknown.

Fear of making the wrong move.

Fear of not being ready.

Fear of not being enough.

If I’m honest, a lot of my own anxiety comes from trying to predict outcomes I cannot control. My brain loves to jump ahead to the “what ifs,” even before I take the first step.

But here’s the thing…

Our lives are like a book. Every day is a new page. And fear should not be the author.

Think of your favorite stories — the ones with courage, growth, and resilience. The heroes don’t win because life is easy. They win because they show up anyway.

So imagine your story right now. What chapter are you in? Are you writing a story led by fear… or one shaped by possibility?

Today is a fresh page.

You get to choose the next sentence.

You get to decide how you show up.

Fear might knock, but courage gets to answer.

So tell me — what’s one thing you’re doing this month that scares you a little… but moves you forward a lot?

Drop it below. Let’s turn the page together. ?✨

This is true. I spend too much time having both sides of a conversation with what if statements I am in the job market as an HR director I am feeling really inadequate and have thought that I need to look for lower level roles, but my experience is my experience I can’t had it. It is scary out here. What if I change my look will that help what if I say I have less experience. Will that help? I have to say that whatever I show up just as who I am maybe I’ll find a match and employer with so many people being fake and disingenuous doing interviews. It is hard to know how to show up and be
