TL;DR: The title says it all.
I'm in my late 20s and already have carpal tunnel issues, neck and back issues, and am finding my metabolism unable to keep up with my sedentary lifestyle. With a young toddler and a long commute I find it hard to workout and maintain the work/life balance that I want. I don't want to spend my life in a chair at a desk.
