I kind of joined fairy god boss to keep work and have alternative environments. I mean people still have skills and knowledge. It was an unknown. It just didn't serve the need I was looking for from time to time I visit site. Just needed to navigate world of work.

    I need more interaction with the world of work, and well I am supposed to be writing really.

    From a psychological perspective it was not helpful and a label. For knowledge and building confidence. I was just a bit confused as to subgroup of people I was interacting with. For some roles it is helpful not others.

    I think it has been most helpful as advice to others on how to navigate many work related issues beyond just looking for work, overall I felt it was a very positive experience, and I do enjoy commenting, having 40 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and business in general
