Oh well. You won't change this person and the manager isn't bothered. So please don't think it's an issue worth bringing up as uf the manager doesnt know. These are group dynamics and your assessment of team morale is out of your responsibilities. I would ignore this person and not provide an audience.

What if you respond "well, maybe it's not a good fit for you"? If pressed to join in, just say "I'm a bloom where you're planted person, those things you mention just don't bother me that much".

    Hello!

You don't mention if you agree or disagree with others on your team - nor do you need to. I note this, however, as it could impact what you do moving forward.

If you agree with your team, perhaps you could suggest they write a group email to HR or your manager's manager regarding these issues?

If you disagree with your team, you're welcomed to say so. You could then suggest they talk with HR or the manager's manager about it.

Keep your head down and focus on your job. If you need intervention speak to HR and ask them to speak to that person privately and to not be so negative.
