I am looking for some advice.

I am looking for some advice. To make a long story short I am in my position a little over a year as a customer service representative in patient financial services. Helping patient with their bills, etc. My hospital has merged with a bigger hospital Trinity Health as they are the main employers now and I think that is great especially the benefits. But I went to my supervisor to see about job shadowing more in my department since I do work in billing area where there is follow-up, collectors and billers. I wanting to further my career in the area for billing and coding, patient access and insurance verification but my supervisor seems like she is dragging her feet after she did state I was going to shadow the follow-up team in November. Also, there have been positions in the hospital like insurance verification specialists that have opened up form another manager of that area that I reached out to. I did receive an email about job shadowing possibility just have to work something out with my supervisor to sit with some colleagues in insurance verification. After mentioning this to my supervisor she has been avoiding me and has not answered my email as to what would be a good time to job shadow the insurance department which is on the third floor above me where I work so don't even have to go to another hospital. But anyways Trinity Health who we merged with has some wonderful positions what I do now I can do at home the same customer service jobs in the revenue cycle department. Working from home would be nice as well so I am also thinking about applying with Trinity Health since we are under their payroll as of December 15th and switching to workday platform. There are so many changes that are taking place. Should I wait and apply for a position with Trinity Health or keep pushing to get those job shadow. Not that I do not like what I do it is just time for me to try other things as I do hold a patient access specialist certificate and currently working on my medical billing and coding diploma. Sorry for the long post but any advice would be helpful and appreciated I just love the thought of having the opportunity to work with patient accounts in any setting.
