Hi lovely ladies, I want to ask for tips/pointers to help me do well in a phone interview that I have next week.

it is for a Community Relations Associate position, I have never worked in community relations but I want to switch to a job where I can learn and grow. So if anyone has any advice for me I’d be so happy to hear it. I’m really nervous on how to answer the interview questions.

You can use ChatGPT to ask what kinds of questions the interviewer may as you about the role. You can put in the job description and ChatGPT can draft some potential questions and suggestions on how to answer them. Use the S.T.A.R. method to answer questions like "Tell me about a time when you had a customer who was frustrated with a situation and how did you handle it..." Things like that. You can also ask Chat to give you some Behavioral questions that they might ask and prepare/practice your answers. Check out this page on The Muse website for great advice too. https://www.themuse.com/advice/interviewing

Several online sites can provide you with practice interview questions and suggested answers. It's worth it to practice, if you want, write down your answers, keep them in front of you during the call. Try to limit your replies and not talk for long periods of time. It's ok if there's a second of quiet after your answer a question. Best of luck with your interview!
