Hasten your job search. Getting out of there as fast as you can is the priority. You don't reveal anything about the role you fill our your salary range, so it's hard to know if 6 months is long to be looking, or not. Maybe you have to change up something you're doing in the search process. Are you getting interviews? Are you using your network to be referred into jobs? Are your jobsearch tools tip-top and attracting the recruiters and hiring managers at companies that have the positions you are looking for? Target your time and attention to that. If indeed you "work too fast" and that is the only complaint they have about you, you should get hired easily unless you do something very esoteric!
