Hi there! I’m new to this community. I really like what I do now (Content marketing at a HR tech start up). But my company has has SO much turnover and has done layoffs, so it’s been stressful as of late to work there. I’m not in a hurry to make a move, but I am open to new roles, particularly at companies who have AMAZING maternity leave policies, as I would love to grow my family one day and I want to plan ahead. I also live in the middle of nowhere, and relocation is not an option because of my husband’s job, so 100% remote-friendly companies are what I’m after. I’d love to move from a senior individual contributor, to more of a managerial content role as well. Just looking for any advice from this group. Any specific job boards that you recommend for remote companies or companies with amazing maternity leave?

Check out PwC which I think has remote options and family friendly. You can also do searches online in a Boolean format or go to Glassdoor to see what you can find based on your needs.
