I agree with most of the responses. I would give two weeks' notice to your current employee. However, I do not recommend giving more notice. I would take a week or at least a few days off between jobs. Tell the new employer that you can start in 3 weeks. Definitely review your employee handbook. Some companies don't pay accrued vacation regardless of notice.
