I don't knkw how to stop or prevent professor's from taking ideas even when I stoppep working for them. They are not paying me for this. When people get job roles and other bebefits. Coincidence are fallacies. It's irrational why someone would take ideas from secondary school..no way.

If someone has continued to recieve a job role, and a grant and publication. I think got used to behaving like the slave owner. Of course they wouldn't understand. Why would they.

Did you sign anything prior to being hired? It sound slike you may have been a grad student or perhaps a PhD student. If you signed anything read the fine print. Instead, use your professor for written recommendations for future jobs. It's a 2-way street, they used your ideas, which is a complement actually to your work, and if implemented that means you made a big impact. Coincidence and fallacies are not inter-related terms. The other question is how do you know your ideas are currently being used by a professor you worked for?
