Hello Everyone. I'm a Social worker with some years of experience. I have resigned from work, I felt I had reached the ceiling and was tired of routine kind of work. Now I'm in Private practice but I would like to broaden my scope and start a social enterprise so I can employ other social work graduates. In South Africa we have a situation where a lot of social workers are unemployed while there are many social ills that the communities are struggling. Any guidance is highly appreciated

    Seriously though...apparently March 19 is World Social Work Day?

    There is an international federation of social workers, if they have video meetings you might be able to get ideas for some new things you could implement in South Africa.
