Hello everyone,

Hello everyone,

I hope this post finds you well. I wanted to share a bit of my journey with you all. I've been diligently searching for job opportunities in the Tech field for the past year. Despite my best efforts and enthusiasm, I have yet to secure a single interview.

This past year has been filled with learning, growth, and perseverance. While the journey has had its challenges, it has also taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and determination. I've continued to refine my skills, expand my knowledge, and actively seek out opportunities to contribute and grow.

I'm reaching out today to ask for your support and assistance humbly. If you or someone you know is in need of a passionate, hardworking individual in the IT industry, I would be incredibly grateful for any leads or connections you could share.

I'm eager to bring my unique perspective and dedication to a team that values innovation and excellence.

Here's to the next chapter and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead!

I have been out of the tech industry for quite a while, but I still try to keep up with what's happening there. When I left the industry in 2003 as a burned-out generalist working for a software company, I discovered that the market was shifting to specialists. As a generalist, I had become a dinosaur. From all I can tell, it is the same today, so it would be helpful to understand where your skills lie within the tech industry. Are you a cyber-security specialist? A data analyst? Are there any specific programming skills? What type of education do you have? Have you tried your school's career center? Innovation and excellence are important qualities, but we need specifics to help.
