    That's what I like about this site as well. Most of the people who post are helpful and sincere; some are a bit on the blunt side, but sometimes that may be what we need. If they could get rid of the spam posts about airlines, it would be even better. I don't even understand the purpose of those goofy posts; this isn't a website about air travel. If you're having a problem with an airline, contact that airline, and if they are no help, give them a bad review.
