Looking for Advice

How would you address the question, "Why are you leaving your job after three months?"

I was looking for this job and progressing in my career. Unfortunately, the job was not how it was originally presented, and I decided it was better to leave than become bitter and ruin future jobs.

There are multiple ways to answer.
I would be forthcoming with career advancement, growth, potential for opportunities, family and work life balance. We are in a new day employers can trial us for 3 months and it should be the same for employees. All the best

I would leave it off my resume.

OP here: My thought was not to mention it unless it was asked, but yes, part of it is a work-life balance. I have been sick for the last three weeks. I help my sister care for our mother, and because I was sick, I couldn't be there for them. It was the end of the line for me.
