Anyone else having bad experiences with corporate recruiters and hiring managers?

Anyone else having bad experiences with corporate recruiters and hiring managers? What I mean by bad is the lack of connection, empathy, and personality. During screenings, which are usually 30 minutes, it seems like they just go through the motions and do not even make any attempt to interview using your resume. It's been awful and I'm 1 year and 1 month unemployed still.
