Oh my gosh, now I want you to work for the federal government in the Department of Labor! You will already be busy with your own business (!) but I know you can do both! Thanks again for giving me a much needed boost in attitude and for restoring my faith in the workforce. What you have written is a great gift for all of us going into the new year. Please keep posting so we can all be reminded that there is hope that we can bring back integrity, responsibility, and accountability. Happy 2021!

My pleasure. Just think of how our economy, our communities, our country, and our families would look, behave, and be if the silent majority who is--and has been--tired of the unethical, boorish, uncouth, and many times illegal behaviors of the pseudo leaders who led us into this mess--tired enough to uncompromisingly stand up, stand strong, and stand firm on the family and national values that truly do create a strong healthy populace that results in a strong healthy nation: looking out for one another: ensuring there ARE opportunities for education, promotion, seats at the decision-making tables; having healthcare for people NOT for profit (which obviously is and has not worked); ensuring laws on the books are enforced—one way to ensure this is to pay workers enough so if they need to seek legal redress, they can afford it. In other words, healthy, educated people who have their legal rights protected is THE formula for a strong nation and our foremothers and forefather knew this…... Creating all of these barriers to healthcare, education, advancement, justice, and more is, well, the PROVEN formula for creating an unsettled, sick, uneducated, unjust nation. Not good. Yes, indeed, we need to remember that there is and has always been MORE people who want an economy that: > works for ALL of us, not just those who are making the rules and their favored few; > ensures greater access to education so we can once again become one heck of a nation of smart people who can figure out and handle anticipated and unforeseen challenges; > creates healthcare systems that keep us going through thick and thin AND does NOT result in our nation’s families losing their jobs, their life savings, their homes, and everything they have worked for all their lives because they live in the USA and someone in the family got sick; > ensures there is access to legal redress for ALL instead of only those who can afford it. After reading so many posts here and in other areas, it is extremely disturbing to realize that so many of us are experiencing harassment, discrimination, and more yet do not have the funds to pursue action—and going back to the first point here, who is making these rules? Let’s just look at the laws that “cap” awards. Anyone who has taken economics knows that this is a way for organizations to calculate the risk and attach dollars to the forecasted payouts which allows organizations to put aside these funds, draw interest on the investment, pay out “capped” amounts. I’m for a jury hearing the evidence and making the decision, not the businesses who are being held accountable whispering in the ears of lawmakers then getting laws written that promote skirting being held responsible—and these businesses then spinning to the public that it is our best interest to have these caps instead of every day folks hearing the evidence and then based on the evidence making the decision. Really? This is in OUR best interest???? Nope. We have gotten way off base in this country, and this has infected organizations. Thankfully, more people have had it with what we KNOW does NOT work and are willing to speak out as well as take action to REINSTATE what DOES work as well as to figure out what’s BEST for our families, our communities, and our country. Oh, and I am going to send my resume in to the new administration as I am going to help bail and row as the USA ship is and has been in troubled, dangerous waters and needs everyone who can muster the strength to pitch in and help!!! Take care.

It also goes on at Navy Federal CU. Their mortgage department is fraud central. They are being audited due to a whistleblower who, of course, was fired for some BS reason. They have fired lots of people recently for BS reasons and they appear to have gotten too big for their britches...
