Hi, I'm front end controller for years.

Hi I'm front end controller for years. Those years I was working OK with all managers. But from last year my admin manager doesn't treat me well. I was short with 200 she take me to disciplinary hearing,,I don't have problem with dat, cause it was my mistake. My question is why she take me to disciplinary hearing for 200 but there's cashiers who shorts with 2000 and above.,and cash office clerks tell them to borrow money to pay it. I ask the cash office controller to pay that 200 as they do to others, but she didn't say anything, she just go to tell my admin dat I'm short, so admin said I must right stetmement. And the other thing, I fail to understand why they saying the case is private, but after my case, every body knows what did I say in the room, is this the write thing

My case was on July but I don't remember the date, till now I'm waiting for outcome

And I want transfer to another shop cause even today, she treat me bad and she's pretending, she have Favouritism, I don't have problem for loving someone, but as a manager, she must be honest and treat us the same

So what must I do, I need a help angently

I am sorry to hear that you are being treated so unkindly. Does your company have a Human Resources dept. or Manager? They would be the best person to explain this to. Which region are you in? If your company does not have a Human Resources Manager, you may need to consider contacting someone who can advise you on local laws so that you know your rights. It may not be easy, but please consider finding a different job in a different shop if possible. It is good to ask them why your case is private, yet your colleagues know the details. It is possible that Managers don't want you telling others the truth for one reason or another. No matter the outcome, better days are ahead. Difficult times are not forever. Keep smiling and plan the next part of your career.
