Hi Everyone,

my name is suganya from UAE. very glad to be part of the women's Community. Looking forward for some leads. I have completed Masters in computer applications and Management along with 6 years of experience in HR and admin field. In the year 2020 I took a personal break for family reasons and second pregnancy. I would like to start my career now. Many firms are not ready to hire as I haven't worked for the past 4 years.

    This is a suggestion that some people find helpful in the US, but I'm not sure if it's culturally appropriate in the UAE, so please forgive me if this idea sounds widely inappropriate. Many women will list the years that they've been home with their kids as a family break on their resumes, so it doesn't look like they've been job hunting for years without success, which could be how your resume is being perceived right now.
