You should talk to somebody in HR that can give you professional direction. I'd start with a list of skills, strengths from each job and then identify those transferrable skills. That may start you in thinking where you can fit best.

Definitely focus on the skills and the results not the company or titles. Ex: Lead 35 team members to improve YOY on deliverables of on time shipping with a 98.9% rating up from 72% prior year.

OP: Thank you and I'm focusing on skills from each position. I add deliverables when possible but some roles were to difficulty to measure.

Hi. I'm an HR professional and I have had a similar diverse career experience. I started in architecture and wound up human resources. Happy to chat with you on ways you can map out the scenic path and how it has led you to where you are and want to go next. :)

Recruiters don’t like functional resumes, but breaking your resume out into a document with functional skills and then putting it back together with the appropriate skills listed in a traditional chronological resume can help.

Hi anonymous ! I can help you with this. Do you have an idea of the next role or industry you want to be working in? When you are clear on that, then you can take a look at your strengths and experiences and make them relevant for the job you want. Message me on LinkedIn if you want to have a coffee chat about this! https://www.linkedin.com/in/maeganlittle
