I have worked as a PM for "basically" the same company for over 25 years. I was loyal through the mergers, aquisitions, transitions to another company to continue to support the same company. Now I am facing over a year of being unemployed after a company wide layoff. I have applied to over 1000 positions, some a lower level than my experience...I can NOT get hired and I am running out of savings. Any thoughts on how to power through this and to, at least, get a job with insurance to tide me over?
