Looking for a Topic

Hi! I am in the middle of working on a DBA and taking a Qualitative Research Mthods class. As part of the work, I have been asked to write s research proposal on a topic using the Qualitative method. But I am stumped about what to research. (This is not my final topic. That has already been chosen and approved.) Anyone have any suggestions? Keep in mind that I am an Executive Coach, my focus is on building teams using Collabrative Frameworks, and Company Cultures which support growth, both of the employees and the company. Although, if you have any ideas whichcould be exciting (I do have to do a literature reveiw,) I am open to hearing it.
