Hello, i want to share my experience since I'm doing a switch career from health sector to HR

i was trying to find HR jobs or at least internship so hard after tons (okay tons maybe too hyperbolic ?) of HR course. but GAOTek Inc willing to help me by giving me chance of internship with them. I swear it's a pleasant experience, they taught me how to do full recruitment process and give me chance to be an assistant team leader. when I ask them why? because they see potential in me by how eager was I to reach my target they give to every intern. they see it by how many interviews I held within a week even my onboard number still low. I can't believe they appreciate me like that as intern.
