What are some good questions to ask during an interview to learn more if the organization is a good fit? Some questions I was considering were:

  • Why are you looking to fill this role?
  • Can you give me an example of how you supported an employee tasked with a challenging assignment or project?

though I think these could be worded differently? Any other ideas? Thank you.

Great questions! I always like to ask what a typical workday would look like and try to feel out how available your supervisor will be. (Remote or office based? Etc.)

Here are some questions that I like to ask to help me determine if the organization is a good fit:

1-- What could I do in the first 30 (or 60) days to impress you?

2-- Looking back, what do you wish you had done differently when you joined this company?

3-- How do you like your team members to communicate with you?

4-- How does your team typically handle a crisis?

5-- What is your biggest concern for the company (or your division) over the next 12 months and five years?

6-- What are the biggest skill gaps or challenges within your current team?

7-- What did your best employee do that you wish everyone on your team would do?

8-- What is your most memorable moment in your business career and in your management career?

9-- What would your team say about you?

You probably can't ask of these questions but these types of questions can give you insight into leadership expectations, company culture, and potential challenges within the team.

Great questions have already been stated but I'm going to toss in one more. I always like to ask what they enjoy most about working at the company/department/team (whatever you're trying to get at!) and what they find most challenging. And rather than just listening to their answer, I watch their non-verbal cues as they answer because those speak volumes!!

Great questions so far. I will add, "On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 meaning 'high', what is your organization's tolerance for change? Describe your rating". Also, I do my research first, I ask specific questions and tie them back to my qualifications. For example, if the company just won a new contract, I might ask, "What is strategic for this win and what differentiated this company from other competitors?"

What do you expect this person to achieve in 30-60-90 days in the role?

Is this position a replacement, addition, or a non-budgeted replacement?

Ask some questions that align your experience with the key points of the role as well.

    Good luck

Success in the Workday-Pro-Integrations Questions and Answers requires more than just theoretical knowledge—it demands practical application and a deep familiarity with the exam format. This is where a test simulator becomes an indispensable tool. A simulator, such as the one offered by testsfile, provides a realistic and immersive testing environment. By practicing under timed conditions and with questions that mirror the actual exam, you can build your confidence, improve your time management skills, and identify any weak areas that need more attention. This practical preparation is a key differentiator that can turn a good study plan into a successful one.
