    I would suggest you go online read the guidelines and file. Then call the office to find out when your checks will begin arriving.

    Please OP, do the research and empower yourself with this information instead of tasking a bunch of strangers to do this for you. No one’s situation will be exactly like yours. If you can’t figure it out with information that’s online, then go into your local unemployment office in person or request an intake appointment to understand both the benefit and the requirements for job searching and your payments. Time to get in the game and hit the on switch.

    Suggest to go to their unemployment site to check it out. It sounds odd, but not all states have the same policies and processes.
