Physical activity levels would really help solve many of my problems. I find it safer and have more confidence to do. I have a step machine at home, and i don't talk about it. If boosts my career and training aswell. I had a personal trainor during my youth. I took swimming lessons as an adult. I usually use the gym on both classes and the machines. Same there are exercise classes within the community, I did that before Covid. And then for gradual increase there is walking. I would have just done aerobics and dancing at home and sit ups by myself when I was growing up. So the problem is reversibility of physical activity as a health and wellbeing challenge. Resistance training. I haven't started yet. I think was preventative of chronic conditions. Gentle exercise is also okay..

I connected with the part about feeling safer and more confident through physical activity because that’s often the biggest hurdle before any fitness progress begins. Finding the right guidance can make staying consistent much easier. I came across some helpful tips while looking into fitness resources around Cambridge, MA and they gave me practical ideas that felt realistic instead of overwhelming. It is refreshing to find a place that focuses on building confidence along with healthy habits. Posts like this are a great reminder that small, steady steps can make a meaningful difference over time.
