I'm searching for job past 3 months.

I know I'm a fresher and have an experience for about 8 months .

It's quite disturbing sometimes being jobless and hopeless at the same time

What is a fresher? I'm in my 30's. Please say you're new or whatever. Lol. I would not use "fresher" to hiring managers or recruiters as a word of advice.

Assume you mean you are a new graduate? The term fresher is not one known here in the US. 8 months is not experience, and after graduating you should consider all options for employment including temporary work and working for minimum wage to gain more experience. Any experience you can add to what you have that is limited will help you. The summer months are also quite slow for looking for work so expect it to take 3-6 months to find something. If being hopeless is really a problem for you it may also be leaking into your attitude when you speak to potential employers because you may be sounding that and also desperate. Use your counselor at your university and any mentors to help you promote your skills gained through education and your eagerness to be a valued asset for a new employer. Remember your career is a marathon, not a sprint.

I’m not sure if you are from the U.S. but “fresher” is not used in business lingo. Early career talent is. If you have a degree use your career center to attend career fairs and to get coaching. Improve your professional writing skills. Typos, incorrect grammar will turn off reviewers. You must approach job searching like a job. It’s hard work but after much practice just learning how to communicate will help you.

Its not you, its the job market. The market will have ebbs and flows - supply and demand. We just had the Great Resignation after Covid and companies freaked out and hired, so now there is a lot of competition to get back into companies. Its tough but have patience and keep looking. The best advise I can give my clients is networking. It is the key in this market. Networking with employees of companies you want to work for can get you in by way of referrals and give you insider information. Hang in there and good luck!
