    I tried to fix it, it got worse. Tried to seek help for esteem. Didn't know what to do.

    It was deeply saddening and disappointing at same time. And I had extenuating circumstances. Workplace abandonment I have read on line about.

    I'm a bit perplexed how someone unintentionally quit.

    So, as you can see this is way toooooo general. We're out here wondering how does someone get their coat and keys and accidentally leave work. Or we're out here thinking you went out for lunch and drove home due to muscle memory and once home didn't notice you didn't have to search for a parking spot. Accidentally quitting? That leans us into thinking you saying I'm quitting, then leave and then goes back to the office the next day to work forgetting you resigned.
