I'm not sure what information you are looking for, but I have had a TBI and returned to work afterward. A post-surgical brain bleed caused my TBI from a brain tumor extraction (i.e., hemorrhagic stroke). I was paralyzed on the left side for three weeks but regained most motor function during the PT rehab. There were no significant cognitive or memory issues. I only had trouble with the company about the time I had to be off (four months instead of 6-8 weeks), but my company worked with me, putting me on an STD paid by the company at 60% salary. I didn't need any physical accommodations after returning to work but started having focal seizures, so they had to make some changes to the lighting fixtures that exacerbated the seizures.
