I have a friend who is all about Intermittent Fasting. There’s a few methods but she’s on the 16-hour track. It involves skipping breakfast and restricting your daily eating period to 8 hours, such as 1–9 p.m. Then you fast for 16 hours in between. She absolutely loves it and I can see she has so much energy from it.
I like the idea and know people do this for many reasons such as dieting or religious reasons. So I tried it out and learned I’m not a nice person when I don’t eat breakfast haha. Maybe it’s what I’m eating in the first place? Whether it’s intermittent fasting or you’re just generally someone who skips breakfast — how do you do it? Any tips or tricks?
