It was. as well as frustrating. I had a group of really good friends that took care of me when I would go into a series of seizures, my two brothers whom I live with were super through the entire ordeal. I can never repay them enough for what I put them through and the quality of care they provided. I came out as one tough lady with a strong sense of no one can tell me I can't but me, and I have not said it yet. If I can handle two years without driving, 51 seizures consecutively and not have major physical injuries. Go through 9 years of talk therapy and 4 years of trying to come up with the correct drug therapy, I can handle anything. Yes, it was horrifying, but I won the battle and the war. Thank you.
