I am going to quit my job as soon as I get a new one, because of gaslighting and multiplication. I was wondering if you know of a way to get a job fast and temporary until I find a better option. Like part time or seasonal. I almost quit on the spot today. I also can't seem to get an interview is there something I can am missing? I have a good resume and do cover letters every time I apply.

If you need something quickly, I’d honestly look at temp agencies, seasonal work, admin roles, or part-time positions while continuing the search for something permanent. And if you’re getting applications but no interviews, I’d have someone look at the resume itself, even if you think it’s good. Sometimes a small change in how the experience is presented can make a bigger difference than another cover letter.

Try Uber, Uber Eats or DoorDash on a temp basis to hold you over.
