I was recently hired at a position as Level I operator. Before I started an email was sent to my work email and my supervisor that my position would be as a Level II. After a month at my employer it was removed from Level 2 to Level 1. I contacted HR and Level 2 was placed back in my profile but not on main description. Am I able to do anything additional? My experience and education warrants a higher level and pay. Is this ethically wrong?
