I've been in this company for about one and half years, and i've been bullied for one and half years.

I've been in this company for about one and half years, and i've been bullied for one and half years. I really hate this job, and the last three months i made five mistakes in my work. I'm really stressful every day. I haven't find any other job yet.

I am sorry, I have been there. the bullying probably makes mistakes more likely. Keep looking for another job, and work on separating your self-worth from your job.

No one deserves to be bullied and work in a toxic environment. I worked for a toxic environment, it took 9 months but i found a job. With this past horrible experience, it helped me filter out the bad companies from the good.

Don’t rush this. You don’t want to go from one bad situation to another.

Use this board, Linkedin and Glassdoor to research companies before you interview. Listen to what they are and aren’t telling you.

And? Why have you stayed? Why have you not spoken up for yourself and told those who are bullying you that their behavior is not acceptable? Why have you not filed a report for hostile workplace with the authorities if it is egregious enough? Take control of your own destiny and stop letting them make you a victim. You can do it, you just have to speak up and if you make mistakes own them and do better next time, and learn from your mistakes. After all, no one is perfect. Not even your Manager.

Because there continue to be unethical practices in human resources of some companies. I've been there. I reported a hostile work environment directly to HR and the response was surprise that I would report gaslighting with a paper trail that she did not even review with last words, "Well your supervisor is allowed to build a team with whom he can work." Since I was doing my job well, they had to find a way to get rid of me, so they laid me off with the explanation that I was not being fired (there was nothing to fire me for since the accusations were moot with my extensive paper trail dismissing all of them.)
