    Is there some sort of industry association you could look to for research? Years ago, I had to pull together a similar policy for my employer at that time and I relied heavily on that on the industry association for my research as well as looking at the best places to work lists and SHRM's annual benefit survey.

    Check out any labor unions that support the industry to see what they suggest. I'm unaware of any wide-scale unions, but many smaller unions have cropped up, mainly in agricultural areas.
