I am tired of dealing with a drama filled supervisor that blatantly lies, does shady stuff, and is always suspicious of others on our team. Wants to know all of your business and then gets mad when you don’t disclose. Toxic and stressful

Yes, you have to constantly protect your boundaries and be on guard.

Been there, still there. Set boundaries. Remember, it's not your problem, it's the supervisor's personal issues. Talk with HR. Then dust off the resume and find a new more fertile environment. I'm telling you, people are crazy. I've seen it, worked in it, and I'm still confused by it. Good luck to you!

Lord almighty- I’m still dealing with it after walking out - after the 3rd time the CEO screamed in my face- his wife (co-owner) was in her way but I was bawling so I left.

the previous times apologized - this time it was agreed it’s best for all involved (his stepmother hates me with a passion) image treated him the same way years ago and he left for 2 1/2 years- whenever I asked for guidance- he said “he left” gee thanks man - so the wife texted me that I’m 100% ok to collect unemployment- I just received a letter now stating I received benefits under false claims- NOT TRUE

THANK GOD I KEPT THAT TEXT

i hope this all works out - I’m just telling the truth and that’s all I can do

sorry- didn’t mean to hyjack your post
