I'd have to ask what does your employee handbook advise? Some organizations have a hotline, while other suggest a talk with your HR team.

I think the board that states information about getting hurt at work may have some information to report to. Thank you.

First of all, does you employer have a policy addressing workplace bullying? Generally, bring the issue to your manager. If you are not comfortable in doing so (especially if they are the bully) go to their manager. Not comfortable doing that? Go to HR. Since so many here think HR is the devil, look to see if your company has a whistleblower hotline.

I have tried to speak with HR but I have had no luck. I think I am being avoided.
