Welcome to FGB, Ms. Shome. Are there any people you know who work in Pune, even if they are not in HR, who can visit with you and tell you about their company's HR department? It is much easier to get interviews if an employee recommends you for interviews. See if some of the job opportunities permit you to work in their Pune office even if the job description mentions a different location for the job.
