One of the biggest red flags a company can give is the lack of consideration for a prospective employee's availability. We need to stop allowing companies to walk all over their workers. Remember, we are in the market for a good match just as they are when it comes to finding employment. If a company refuses to work with you, then they aren't worth the time. Why should we work for employers who dehumanize every worker that walks through their establishment?

Few of us in the middle of a job search have the luxury to make this kind of demand on a prospective employer. Let us know how this turns out for you.

Agree but since that is the vast majority of employers we will all be unemployed, poor, and starve to death if we do not play the game.

If we don't take a stand for worker's rights- then the vicious cycle continues. Please understand the power of uniting against oppression. Just think of how many companies switched their policies because people boycotted them for their inhumane practices.

That's because we don't take action. Why should the working class be so poor? We can hardly make a living now in America as it is. Especially now when there are legislatures looking to bring back slavery and treat women as nothing more but breeding machines. Understand, working environments reflect what society deems acceptable. We cannot continue to suffer so a handful of people can live extravagantly.

Gratitude doesn't matter when those who own companies mistreat people. It's a matter of basic human rights. We can't sell excuses anymore. Change is needed!
