i have a teams interview tomorrow and want to dress professional. My problem is I have a cast on my left wrist. None of my blazers let that arm go through. Your thoughts are truly appreciated.

Dressing professionally does not automatically equal a blazer. I'm sure you have a nice blouse or something along those lines you can fit the cast through.

A nice blouse will be fine- you can leave the sleeve unbuttoned. A cardigan would also work in place of a blazer. Good luck on your interview and sorry about your wrist!

I agree with the suggestion below. A blouse with button cuffs that you leave unbuttoned to get your cast through.

    Good luck!

    Thank you.

I agree with others. I would wear a nice blouse and small, simple necklace or maybe a scarf to add a bit of color.

I nice blouse with a collar if you have one. If you are doing this via teams, I think it would be ok to not wear a suit jacket.

A nice sweater or dressy top (even sleeveless) should be fine.

    Thank you everyone!!

I've hired several people who wore them to interviews and people who wore suit jackets as well. But industry and location could make a difference.

Another costume hack- especially if your shirt/blazer isn't cutting it. If you have a big sweater or caftan /shawl (with wide arms), wear it backwards. Fasten with a belt. They typically give a flattering flowing neckline that you can pull up or down (just remove the tags on the neck).

    Solid colors preferred.

    Good luck.
