Dear HR and Managers,

Dear HR and Managers,

I had an interesting conversation with my manager the other day. We were talking about a former employee who was horrible. She was mean, nasty, and against anything that would improve the process. She's been gone for four months, and we are still cleaning up the mess she made over the last three years.

The process of removing her took over a year, during which time several people left, refusing to return even after she was fired.

Please remember, is it easier for a good employee to quit and find a better job than it is to fire a bad employee.
