Looking for salary info:

I'm a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with over 10 years experience and in my current role, I'm paid well and in my previous position, I had a bonus and again, was paid well. Now that I'm in transition and being laid off, it seems that a lot of the roles are looking for 2-4 years experience and over 8 years if they are senior level. I'm well qualified, but being at a higher salary is proving difficult in my search. The market is so tough right now for HR and TA, I'm concerned that I'm going to have to take a cut. Right now, I'm interviewing for a role that would be a $10-15K cut in salary, but I will have bonus potential to make up for it. I don't want to take a pay cut and I know I'm worth my salary, but I'm torn and not sure what to do. I live in PA, what is your advise and what salary ranges that you're seeing out there for TA Partners or Sr. TAP's in this current market?

I am a TA partner with 15 years of experience.
What was your last base salary ?

I already took a cut once, I don’t want to have to again. At the most $110K, plus bonus, then to $95K and now might have to take a cut again??

I have never made less than 6figures in about 10 years. I am an individual contributor as well. I live in a lower cost of living area as well. Not sure why you need to go below 120,000 with 10+ years of TA experience. Know your worth !
