We all face moments in our careers where staying comfortable feels safest. The familiar path. The known challenges.
But real growth rarely happens inside those boundaries.
Stepping into the uncomfortable.
Taking a calculated risk on a new role, making a bold pivot, or even speaking up with a new idea. That’s often where the breakthroughs happen.
It can feel scary. But one of my favorite lessons is this: you never lose. You either win or you learn.
Every new step, every challenge, every “detour” gives you insight that moves you forward, even if it’s not in the direction you expected.
So here’s to getting brave and embracing the uncomfortable.
