Hi,

Hi,

I was in a similar situation and even told my direct supervisor to her face how I’m being treated affects my mental health. She said something like that’s not my problem. I had to stay until I found something else which took about 1.5 years. I was physically sick and scarred. Get out now if you can financially afford to. Oh, and HR in my experience sided with the mangers.

When I think about what Human Resources is really about, they’re definitely not there for employees but act on the behalf and behest of the company. Another way to look at Human Resources is that humans are the resources.
